Individual Coaching

Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff or clinical—think of it as a weekly reset button. A space to laugh, cry, vent, and reflect. We’ll work together to untangle what’s not working, strengthen what is, and build a life that feels more like you.

What I
Offer

Relationships

Are you feeling lost, stuck, or lonely? Being in a relationship doesn’t always mean feeling connected. Maybe you’re walking on eggshells, having the same fight on repeat, or wondering when things started to feel more like roommates than partners. Maybe you're questioning if you're asking for too much—or not asking for enough. Whatever you're carrying, you're not crazy, you're not alone, and you're not doomed. Relationships are complicated (even the good ones), and it's okay to need help sorting through the tangled parts.

In our work together, we’ll create space to unpack your experience—your needs, your patterns, your fears—and help you figure out what’s yours, what’s theirs, and what can actually change.

Whether you’re hoping to repair, redefine, or get clarity about your next step, I’m here to support you with honesty, empathy, and zero judgment. Because staying, leaving, or changing direction—none of it is easy. But you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Anxiety

Anxiety can make life feel like a constant mental obstacle course. But it doesn’t have to run the show. Together, we’ll untangle the thought loops, calm your nervous system, and give you tools that actually work—so you can spend more time living and less time worrying. Therapy doesn't have to feel clinical. In our space, humor, honesty, and relief go hand in hand.

PTSD

PTSD can show up in sneaky, exhausting ways: anxiety, flashbacks, emotional numbness, or always feeling on edge. In therapy, we’ll work gently and at your pace to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself. Healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.

Transitions

Transitions are weird. One foot in the old, one in the unknown — and somehow you’re supposed to have it all figured out? Nope. That’s not how we do things here. Whether you’re changing careers, cities, identities, or relationships, therapy gives you space to exhale, reflect, and recalibrate. No pressure to “have a plan.” Just support, insight, and a soft place to land while you figure out your next move. Let’s embrace the in-between — because that’s where real growth begins.

Increasing Self-Worth

Ever feel like you're the emotional support human for everyone else but can’t seem to show up for yourself? Let’s work on that. Therapy can help you rebuild self-worth—not by "fixing" you, but by finally helping you see yourself clearly and kindly.

Grief & Trauma

Grief can show up from death, endings, big changes, lost dreams, family rifts, identity shifts, and versions of life you thought you'd be living by now. Grief can come in quiet moments, in bursts of anger, in fatigue that won’t shake. It’s not linear. It doesn’t follow rules. And it definitely doesn’t have a deadline.

In therapy, we make space for whatever grief looks like for you — messy, tender, confusing, or even numb. You don’t have to “move on.” You get to move through — at your own pace.

Suffering may be the thread in the fabric of life, but through reflection, empathy, and healing, we can weave a tapestry of meaning and peace.
