About Shannon

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor specializing in structured, goal-oriented work with couples and individuals. My practice is based in Colorado and conducted entirely online, which allows me to work with clients living in Colorado as well as internationally based clients navigating relocation, cultural transitions, and life abroad.

My approach is steady, organized, and active. When conversations become circular or emotionally flooded, I step in to slow the process down and create clarity. Clients come to me not just to talk, but to understand their patterns and shift them.

Many couples I work with feel stuck in pursue-withdraw cycles where one partner pushes for resolution while the other shuts down. I specialize in helping partners interrupt these patterns and build the emotional steadiness necessary to stay engaged during difficult conversations. Learn more about Couples Therapy →

I also provide individual therapy in Colorado for clients who want to better understand their own patterns, stress responses, and relational dynamics. My training includes Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), which informs my understanding of psychedelic integration and altered-state therapies. My current practice focuses on structured talk therapy and integration-oriented work. Learn more about Individual Therapy →
