Expat & Digital Nomad Coaching Worldwide
International coaching for individuals and couples navigating relocation, digital nomad life, and the relationship strain or work-related burnout that often emerges during the first 6–18 months of living abroad.

Coaching for individuals anywhere in the world who are living abroad, preparing to relocate, or navigating life as a digital nomad. This work focuses on identity shifts, cultural transitions, relationship strain, and making decisions that align with your long-term direction.
Many people imagine that moving abroad will solve something — burnout, dissatisfaction, relationship stress, loneliness, or a desire for reinvention. Sometimes it absolutely does create meaningful change. But relocation also intensifies what is already present.
The most difficult period often appears 6–18 months after a move, when the initial excitement fades and deeper patterns begin resurfacing. Isolation, cultural friction, relationship strain, and work-related burnout can emerge unexpectedly.
This work focuses on understanding what the transition is amplifying so you can respond intentionally rather than repeating the same dynamics in a new place.
Note: Coaching services are available internationally and are distinct from licensed therapy services provided in Colorado.

Couples Therapy for Expats & Digital Nomads
Many couples who relocate together are surprised by how quickly the transition can strain the relationship. The stress of adapting to a new culture, building community from scratch, and navigating uncertainty can leave partners feeling disconnected or unexpectedly lonely — even when they made the decision to move together. Small communication breakdowns can feel bigger when familiar support systems, routines, and friendships are no longer nearby, and when work-related stress or burnout is also present.
In coaching, we slow these patterns down and help couples regain clarity, emotional steadiness, and communication that allows both partners to stay engaged rather than drifting further apart during the transition.
If you and your partner are navigating relocation stress, cultural adjustment, or relationship strain while living abroad, couples coaching can provide structured support during this period of adjustment.

Many of the men I work with are highly capable in their professional lives but feel overwhelmed, shut down, or affected by work-related burnout during emotionally charged conversations. This work helps them stay present, think clearly under pressure, and participate in difficult conversations without feeling attacked or flooded. This can be especially pronounced during major life transitions like relocation or living abroad →
