Individual Therapy in Colorado

Virtual individual therapy in Colorado for adults navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, recurring emotional patterns, and work-related burnout. Together, we examine what feels stuck, strengthen emotional regulation, and create intentional change aligned with your long-term direction.
Individual therapy is a space to slow down and look closely at the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Many of my clients are high-achieving, thoughtful, and driven. They hold themselves to high standards, often wrestle with perfectionism, ADHD-related overwhelm, or professional burnout, and may feel internally unsettled even when they are outwardly successful.
Some have been in therapy before and can clearly explain their history. Others are newer to the process but know something isn’t working. In both cases, the common thread is this: insight alone hasn’t created the shift they’re looking for. This is especially common in relationship patterns that continue to repeat — read more about how these cycles form →
My work integrates depth with practical structure. We explore formative experiences, core beliefs, and the internal narratives that continue to shape how you respond under stress. At the same time, we pay attention to what is happening in your body. High-functioning people often live in their heads. But lasting change requires noticing how anxiety, shutdown, urgency, burnout, or self-criticism show up physically — and building the capacity to stay present rather than react automatically.
Together, we identify which beliefs are outdated or limiting and begin replacing them with more accurate and grounded ones. From there, we experiment with responding differently in ways that feel aligned with who you actually are — not who you feel pressure to be. Learn more about my approach →
I work well with professionals, deep thinkers, and individuals who want therapy to be both reflective and active. Whether you are new to therapy or returning with years of experience, the work requires honesty and willingness. My role is to provide clarity, structure, and steady guidance as you move toward greater alignment and self-trust.
Clients seek individual therapy for concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma-related patterns, perfectionism, ADHD, work-related burnout, relationship decisions, grief, and major life transitions.
Living or Relocating Abroad
Extended time abroad — or the decision to relocate — often intensifies existing patterns. Cultural adjustment, distance from support systems, and shifts in identity can amplify anxiety, relational strain, or indecision. Individual therapy provides structured support for professionals navigating these transitions.
